Machine Man (online serial)
I love Max Barry, I've read all his books. This one's the best. It's a first person story about a reclusive scientist who decides to replace his biological parts with more effective cybernetic ones.There's dystopic elements, a love story, and lots of dark subtle humor.
Very recommended!
